Public ERP & Animations are permitted and encouraged throughout the whole venue. By entering, you agree you and your character are 18+
Consent is Everything
Consent must be given freely, clearly, and can be withdrawn at any time. It is specific to each situation and should always be respected through open communication and mutual agreement.
No Discrimination/Hate
Treat all patrons and staff with courtesy and respect. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
Restricted Areas
Other than the DJ booth, all areas are free to roam. Feel free to explore the venue. We have NO VIP areas.
Lalafells
Lala's are permitted entry into Sin City. However, must remain SFW in public, to include clothing, RP, and animations. Consent and comfort for everyone is important in our venue so we ask that Lalas please seek consent before initiating any flirting due to varying comfort levels of others. Please see Security if you have any questions.
RP/IRL Boundaries
While our staff is friendly and approachable, it is important to respect the distinction between roleplay (RP) and real life (IRL). Interactions in-character do not extend into personal or private matters. Please maintain clear boundaries and avoid blurring the lines between RP and IRL for both staff and patrons.

Blackjack
- The objective is to get as close to 21 without going over. Beat the Dealer's hand!- Card Values: 1 = 1 or 11 (Ace Card) || 11, 12, 13 = 10 (J/Q/K)
Dealer stands on a Hard 17! Gambler’s Gauntlet
- Each match has a max of 4 rounds.- At the beginning of the round, the dealer rolls /dice 8- All participants then roll /dice 8- If you roll higher than the dealer, you win that round. If you tie or roll lower, you lose and are out of the match.- All winners may continue or cash out.- If you continue, we repeat the same process starting with a new dealer roll. If you continue, you forfeit your winnings from the previous round. (Double or nothing basically)- Max Bet: 500k, 1M for VIP, 1.5M for Lifetime VIP- Payouts determined by the round that you winRound 1 - 2x bet

Throwdown at the Thigh Lounge

Rules
If you are a D&D fan then you will LOVE throwdown at the thigh lounge. The idea is to have 2 characters fight on stage, using a variety of RNG in a turn based system.
Building your Character
- Every character has base stats of:
20 HP
5 Damage
5 Defense- You are allotted 10 points to put into these stats.- HP increases by 2 with each point in it.- Damage and Defense increases by 1 with each point in them.- Example: If a character has 2 points in HP, 5 points in damage, and 3 points in Defense, their stat sheet would be:

Fighting
- Fighting consists of 10 rounds- At the beginning of each round, the 2 players will roll /random 20 with the highest roll fighting first.- The first roll is the hit roll. This is to determine whether or not you do damage. To hit, you must roll /random 20, and it must be equal to, or above your opponents defense level. If it is below, then you miss and do no damage, and your attack round is over.- If you roll a 20 on the hit roll, this is a critical hit.- If you hit your opponent, you then roll damage. Damage is determined by your damage stat. Example: if your damage stat is 10, you will roll /random 10. Whatever you roll, is how much damage your opponent takes from their HP.- If you rolled a crit on the hit roll, you get to roll damage 2 times.- Each player gets one fight phase per round.
- If after 10 rounds, both players are still standing, the player with the highest HP left wins. If HP is equal, each player will roll /random 20, with the highest roll being the victor.

- Each player rolls /random 20 to see who gets initiative (To see who goes first)- Player 1 rolls a 16
- Player 2 rolls a 5- Since Player 1 rolled higher, Player 1 fights first.Player 1 Fight phase:
- Player 1 rolls for hit with /random 20 and gets a 5.- Since player 2 has 5 defense, this is a hit. Tie goes to the attacker.- Player 1 hit, therefore rolls damage. Their damage stat is 7, so they roll /random 7 and get a 4.- Player 2 takes 4 damage and goes from 20 -> 16 HP.Player 2 Fight phase:
- Player 2 rolls /random 20 for hit, and rolls a 20.- 20 is higher than Player 1's 11 defense so it is a hit.- Since Player 2 scored a critical hit with a 20, they get 2 damage rolls. With a damage stat of 15, they roll /random 15 two times.- They roll an 11 and a 3 on their two damage rolls for a total of 14.- Player 1 takes 14 damage and goes from 24 -> 10 HP.- Round 1 is over and Round 2 begins with each player rolling /random 20 to see who fights first in round 2.
Reward
If you end up beating management, all staff at Sin City (with consent) will be naked for 20 minutes.
